Profile

Meera is Head of Operations at Oxon IP. She holds a degree in Business and Law (majoring in Law) and is a fully qualified patent and trade mark administrator and paralegal with over a decade of experience in the IP profession.

 

Prior to joining Oxon IP, Meera was responsible for managing the support team for one of the largest electrical patent groups in Europe. As well as UK and European private practice firms, she has worked for a major US IP law firm, and has experience in all technical areas including Chemistry, Life Sciences, Mechanical, as well as Electrical.

Meera is also an expert and trainer in the online systems for the European Patent Office (EPO), European Intellectual Property office (EUIPO), UK Intellectual Property Office (UKIPO) and World Intellectual Property Office (WIPO), having handled the filing of thousands of patent, trade mark and design applications, as well as hundreds of oppositions and appeals.
