The EPO Boards of Appeal have now published their annual list of cases in which the Boards are likely, in 2023, to hold Oral Proceedings, issue a communication inviting the parties to file observations within a specified period (Rule 100(2) EPC), or issue a decision in written proceedings.
Article 1(2) of the Rules of the Boards of Appeal provides that the President of the Boards of Appeal publishes, before the beginning of each working year, a list of cases for the coming year.
