The UPC Administrative Committee has decided to postpone the start of the UPC sunrise period by two months. The new projected start date for the UPC is 1 June 2023.
The additional time is to allow users more time to familiarize themselves with the UPC Case Management System (CMS). In this respect an updated list has been published of providers for electronic authentication and signing means required for accessing the UPC CMS.
