The Litigation Matters conference completes the annual cycle of standing EPO Matters Conferences (Search, Examination and Opposition Matters), reflecting life of a patent. It is devoted to the latest practices of patent litigation in Europe, with particular attention to the Unified Patent Court (UPC).
